outlook shuts down while receiving

outlook shuts down while receiving mail on any of sever al accounts; rean NAV
and no viruses exist; reinstalled ms office and still happens - any clues?

find and delete the *.srs file for your profile. It's at C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
