Outlook shutting down due to problem with Business Contact Manager

Can anyone help me. Every time I open outlook and try to send and recieve or
do anything, I get a message that says. The program has to shut down due to
an error with Business Contact Manager. I have tried to shut down, I have
tried to get into BCM but it won't let me. It just keeps shutting down.
Does anyone have any advise?

I am having the same problem. It locks up and I have to go into task manager
to stop it. It then closes Outlook alltogether! I wish someone could provide
some information to us about this.

Do yourself a favor and uninstall BUsiness Contact Manager - it's great in
theory, but doesn't work yet.

I've spent endless hours online with the tech support people in India, or
wherever, to try and recover my system after Business Contact Manager has
shut it down.

I am sure it will be great one day, and I was hoping it was now, but from
your posts... I think I'll wait a little longer before I install it again.
