Outlook signature file size problem

I am running an Windows SBS 2003 server with Outlook 2003 clients. I have one
user that cannot attach the company disclaimer to his auto signature. I first
thought this may be a limitation of him only using the OWA to access his
mailbox, but I logged in locally as the user, modified his signature to show
the disclaimer (done from a local computer and Outlook), but it still does
not show up on his signature in emails. When trying to do this throug the OWA
options you receive a message of signature exceeds size limit. Is there a way
to increase the limitation of size of the signature file??? Or any other way
around this??
Thx in advance for any help...

Are you using the SBS Exchange for your mail? If yes, then see
