I am running a bunch of XP SP2 clients with Office 07. Backend is an
Exchange 03 server running current SP's.
All my users have an automatic Otlook 07 signature applied to new messages
with contact info and a corporate .jpg logo that measures .47" x 2.6".
Since upgrading to Outlook 07 months ago I have been having sporadic
problems where an internal email recipient notifies me the logo on a received
email has shrunk. When I examine the email, the logo has been significantly
shrunk. If I right click the image and select "Size", the scale has been
reduced to 71% x 13%.
On the original senders PC, if I create a new message I see the shrunken
logo. If I go to Options/Signatures the image size is correct.
The only fix is to delete the logo and re-add it in the signature editor.
This may not be a permanent fix as the problem has returned on some users
multiple times.
Anyone seen this? Suggestions?
