Outlook Signature

I have created a signature in Outlook using MS Word as the editor. It
contains our logo, as well as some border formatting, colors, etc. When I
print the signature out on an e-mail message, it looks very fuzzy. Is there
a way to correct this?

Also, will this signature always look the same when I send it to people, or
is there a chance that the formatting will look different depending on whose
computer it is on? We don't want to use it if it will change depending on
who it is sent to. Is there a way to guarantee that this is what the other
person will see? Thanks.

You will minimise the risk of the signature changing by using common fonts,
such as Arial or Times New Roman or use an image.

So, if I design the image in another program and then insert it as an image
in the word editor, it would not change? Thanks,
