Why is Outlook automatically attaching a jpg. file to all of the messages
that I send?The jpg. file that is being attached is the one I used in my
signature.

If any embedded picture is also shown as an attachment depends on the
receiving mail client or even the mail servers in between. Any virus scanner
on either the sending or the receiving side can also cause this behavior. In
that case, disable/uninstall this integration and try again.
