Outlook slow closing down

Any ideas as to how to speed it up?

Windows 2003 server running Citrix and Outlook 2000 sp3 as a published
application.

Coming in through Citrix ICA client.

All other programs shut down in a timely manner but Outlook is slow in
closing down. The dialog box "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook
exits" never goes away.

Any ideas on this (unending) process would be helpful!
