Hi All,
I have several users running Win2000 SP4 & Office XP SP3 - with lastest
anti-virus etc.. But with this one guy were getting a really odd problem.
Everymoring he tries to create a report by forwarding a mail he receives, to
this mail he also cuts and pastes several items then sends it on its merry
way.
The problem is that sometime (i reckon 2 out of every 3 days) the whole PC
slows down to a grinding crawl during this procedure. It sometimes happens as
he presses the forward button or whilst he is pasting text and stuff to the
mail.
The PC becomes so slow that it is almost impossible to do anything. But it
you are very patient and can get outlook and the offending mail to close then
the PC miraculously is fine!
This is really frustrating from us - does anyone have any suggestions?
