After a power (and UPS) failure, Outlook 2003 is slow to open any contact (2
to 3 seconds). If I login as a different user and open the .pst that was
open during the power failure, the contacts snap open. So, I don't think
there is a problem with the .pst file.
I have tried restoring the system to an earlier date, using a new profile,
and starting Outlook with the command-switch /cleanprofiles. Those tries
didn't help.
Any ideas on how to Outlook back up to speed?
