Outlook *sometimes* doesn't save mail to saved folder

I have a user that is having a problem with Outlook not saving mail to
his sent items folder, but only sometimes. The first time he reported
it today I looked things over, checked that he hadn't cleared the
option to save mail to the sent items folder. I searched all his
folders and could not find the message. As I was on the original
email I know it did get sent. I sent a few messages internally and to
my home email and they were copied to the sent items folder. I wrote
it off as a one time glitch.

Until it happened again. He's running Outlook 2003, SP1 on WinXP, SP1
(possibly SP2).

Any ideas?

I have a user that is having a problem with Outlook not saving mail to

If it happens, use Advanced Find to see if the sent item is in another
folder. If so, that information may assist in determining why it moved.
There can also be a problem of saving additional sent items if the Sent
Items folder is full.
