Outlook SP2 should allow the Junk m. box to show messages in HTML

I recently updated my Outlook to SP2 only to find out that I couldn't see my
Junk mail in HTML. This is somewhat a problem in quickly identifying the
real junk mail from the mail that you may which to review.
