Outlook spamming user's own mailbox

Hi

I have a user who is sending and recieving a message in irregular intervals.
The messag has this in the subject line:

e61dd21b4fdcdb11ae8000a0c9c9c437-e331e

I'm uncertain if its spam virus or something else, we are running Trend
Office scan, The users machine is Vista Ultimate (no SP) and Outlook 2007.\


Any help appreciated.
