Outlook Startup all Emails in Inbox are marked as unread

Hello!

I´ve got a problem!
Everytime I start Outlook all emails are shown as unread in the inbox folder!
When I mark them as read und restart Outlook it´s the same again!?
I am using Windows XP SP1, Office 2002 SP2 and IE6.0 SP1.

Can anyone help me please?
