Outlook startup Pause

When Outlook starts, it pasuse at a menu
titled "Microsoft LDAP Directory"
There is 1 tab: "Connection Details"
There are 3 entries:
"Server Name" "NULL"
"Port" "3268"
"User Name" "NULL"
Another is:
"Passward" with no entry
There is a checkbox titled:Use secure passward etc.

If I just hit OK outlook continues to load and everything
is is fine.

Question: How do I get rid of this anoying step in the
Outlook loding process?

Should have said I'm using Outlook 2003

Just found out I have no address book in Outlook. Do have
one in OE.
