We have a non-administrative network user who is having trouble with their
Outlook stationery. The user had stationery set up in Outlook 2003 and then
recently was upgraded to 2007. Now when a new message is created, the
stationery is there, along with their signature and a wavy green line above
it that is not a part of the signature. If you try to remove that line, any
further font turns yellow and you can barely read it.
Also, when trying to remove the stationery in the settings menu, it does go
away, but when you set it to default, the stationery returns on its own.
Any ideas?
