One client running Outlook 2002 connected to Exchange 2003 is ALWAYS offline
despite every attempt to get her Outlook back online. Outlook opens
"normally" but offline icon in lower right corner remains. Doing
Send/Receive updates her.
I tried to make Outlook connect "manually" in profile - but it wouldn't -
and in "automatic" mode it is always offline.
Others in office with same version Outlook have no problem. Her pc sees
all network resources (files, printers) normally, so its only Outlook
offline, not the pc.
