Outlook stealing focus from current window

I had seen an earlier posting on this newsgroup:

but no fruitful solution was given to that. I was wondering whether ppl who
faced this problem found a solution.

If anybody did, kindly post it here.

I am especially seeing this problem after I configured for outlook
newsreader. Before that, things were working fine.
