Outlook stop responding after update

Hi,

Don't remember since when this problem started. The outlook refused to
send/receive two e-mail accounts and makes the system hang, it generally
leands to crash of IE.
This happens after I update ether the office 2002 or IE...And it seems
probem solved if I take out one of the two e-mail accounts!
I am not the only guy experiencing this at my work.

Any solution?
MS update = creating more trouble
