Outlook stop responding when receiving email with attachment

Whenever I receive a message with an attachment that has a Hebrew filename,
Outlook stops responding. When I restart it (after killing it from the task
manager) it downloads all the messages from the server again and gets stuck
again when reaching the message with the Hebrew attachment.
The only solution in order to keep working with it is to delete the message
from the server.

Any idea how do I solve it?
I use Outlook 2003 SP2.
