I can't connect to any of my accounts, it happend overnight without me doing
anything. I get this message:

The server responded with an error. Account: 'xxxxx, Server:
'pop.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Service not
available (server error)', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90

Same message on all accounts.

I tried that already, no luck.
If I reboot, use F8 and select an earlier working version, it will work
again until I update, then it goes south again.
Can someone please tell me what "_ERR Serviece" is?

what updates are being installed? if you update outlook, you need to tell ZA
to allow it to connect since it won't recognize the new version.
