Outlook Stops Working

Am running Outlook 2000, SP-3 on Windows XP service pack 2. Runs fine on
startup, after a period of time cannot send or receive. Get the following
error message - "A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to connect to server...
Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC15" The only way I
have found around this is to reboot, then it runs fine - for awhile, then the
same thing. HAven't been able to find a solution anywhere. Would appreciate
