Outlook stuck on Maximum Size

[Tearing my hair out!!]

My Outlook program has suddenly become oversized, extending to beyond
screen parameters, (allowing no space for resizing option). I have not found
any toolbar options that resolve the situation. How do I restore the program
features to normal viewing sizes? By the way Double Clicking the Title Bar
only minimizes it to a place where I can't see.

With Microsoft Outlook as the only running program in your desktop, right
click on an empty space in your taskbar and select cascade windows.

ps - taskbar is that area between the start button (bottom left of screen)
and system tray (bottom right where the clock is).
