outlook subject from excel cell

Hi
I can populate outlook 2003 subject line with vba ie,
Subject:=Range("C2") & Format(Date, " dd/mmm/yy") which displays contents
of C2 and the current date. However i would also like to add contents of
cell F2 as well ie "C2 space F2 space Date" but am having trouble finding
the exact code to accomplish this, any help much appreciated.
