Outlook Subject Line

I have a question in regards to sendinga an email. I open up a word document
and then go to FILE - SEND TO -> MAIL RECIPIENT and it all works fine but it
always populates the subject line in outlook. The problem is that its the
wrong subject, the file I am sending is not what the subject is. How can I
change that?

You can change the subject line before sending the email. Select the text in
the subject line and type over it.
