Outlook is not easy to use. There needs to be an easier way to
• create message filters
• search address books
• arrange messages
etc.......
There are far to many option windows - the layout is not logical - and
sometimes you have to click through four dialog boxes to access the feature
you need.
At home I use Netscape for my email and it is awesome. The layout is alot
easier on the eye, it's infinitely easier to fiddle with account settings and
options and setting up folders, filtering rules and multiple email addresses
with different inboxes couldnt be easier.
Please, have a look at it and be "inspired" and make the next version of
Outlook much more "user-friendly" so me, and millions of people worldwide,
don't have to go insane at work everyday.
