Hello all,
I need a bit of help as it seems like somehting is slowly going wrong
here with our exchange/outlook. We are running Exchange 2003 on windows
2003 and clients are running WinXP Pro and Outlook 2000.
Everything has been running fine and just yesterday we had one person
(who is authenticated to the domain) that cannot open Outlook. She gets
a box asking for username, domain, and password. I personally verified
that she is logged onto the domain and she even received her drive
mappings/printers/net access/etc. just no Outlook.
Now today we have one more person that this just began happening to.
The only clue I can give is that this location had some network outages
a couple days back. However we have rebooted their server (a DC) and
their PC's multiple times.
