Outlook Support Training

Is there a good site for Outlook support training?

I am not looking for user training, as I don't use it much. But I do need
to know how it works behind the scenes and what the different files do, how
address books ar epicked up etc. I have the Exchange MCP coursework but I
don't know if that would cover it.
