Outlook Swap Time Zones

Is there a way to call Swap Time Zones (Outlook > Tools > Option> Calendar
Options > Time Zones > Swap Time Zones button) programmatically?

I would like to create a button in the Calendar Toolbar to swap time zones
without going inside the options.
