Outlook sync error 0x8007011

Hi,

We are running Outlook 2003 SP1 on XP Pro SP1 with Exchange 2003 SP2. Some
of our users are getting error 0x8007011 when they try to download the
Offline Address Book.

I've deleted the OAB files and force a re-sync but still get the same error
every time.

Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. ;-)
