Outlook Sync Issues

Hi,
I am running Outlook 2007 and i have a Sync Folder that has some errors in
it, but i appear to be recieving emails fine. Can anyone help with this?

Have you taken a look at the message which has the issue already?
Is anything different about this message? For instance, does it look corrupt
already or is it a Junk E-mail message perhaps?
Does this message show in your Inbox when looking at your mailbox via OWA?
