Outlook synchronisation fails

Our EPM solution is based on Project Server 2003 SP1 with
Proj Prof 2003 SP1 & PWA. Workstations are having Office
XP & Outlook 2003 (NL - FR - UK versions). The outlook-PWA
integration installation is successful.
However there is no synchronisation taking place
eventhought there are new tasks visibile in the PWA.
Anybody an idea how I can troubleshoot this?

I've found the solution already, it's the
permission: ..external time reg API which was defined on
deny.
