Outlook taking messages from Webmail

We use webmail when out of the office and outlook when in the office (off of
a POP 3 account). We can check our mail through webmail, but once we open
outlook and do a send/receive, all documents that showed up in webmail come
through to outlook and are no longer viewable in webmail. Is there a way to
have them come through to outlook but still be viewable in webmail?

change the settings for your e-mail account in outlook. In the settings for
that account, click "more settings...", then select the advanced tab, and
check "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
