Outlook Task requests - Can i set the time along with the date ?

Hi,

I'm trying to send task requests using outlook which should have a due
date and time - like "due by 5 pm on Sep 15". Unfortunately, the task
request form only lets me select the date.

Given that i can set tasks for myself that have the due time , i
assume that there is some quick way to enable this for task requests
that i send to other people.
