I'd like to allow our users to submit service requests (task requests) with
Outlook, which would go to a support group. I've set up a local distribution
group and included the personnel who should receive the request. However,
when a request is received, it says that since more than one person has
received it, updates can't be tracked. In addition, it needs to be accepted
or declined.
What I'd to happen is that the request is immediately placed into the Task
List of each of the group automatically (no accept/decline) and that
whichever member of the group completes the task and/or adds a comment to the
task, the changes are replicated to each members' Task List.
Is this possible and if so, how do I set it up?
