I'm runnign Windows XP and Office 2007 on both my laptop and my desktop and
I'm getting the same problem on both. I've spoken to other people and they
are having the same problem too.
And that problem is that when Outlook is minimized (and sometimes even when
it's not) and it carries out a scheduled send receive, the icon in the
taskbar will change to show an mail symbolt ot show that it's carrying out a
send receive - this is fair enough.
However, the icon then never resets itself back to the "i'm not doing
anything" status until i mouse over it. Also as a result i dont get the new
mail indicator.
Any ideas anyone?
