When an Outlook task is assigned and the assignee accepts or declines,
Outlook automatically sends an email to the sender and also puts it on the
public task list and also the asignee's task list. Updates also generate
automatic emails.
Does anyone know if it is possible for Outlook to automatically update the
public task list when updates are made by the assignee? As it is now, once
accepted and/or updated, changes made from the senders folder only can
populate the task list. We want the assignee's actions to automatically
update the list.
Any help, info or suggestions will be appreciated.
