Outlook Tasks (Request by)

We currently using Outlook Tasks to log required jobs. This tasks is shared
but we unable to see who logs the task? So the persons who tackles the task
doesn't know who to discuss it with or send the completed work??

Sounds like you should publish a prodecure stating that the requestor's name
should always be included or the task will be deleted.

That said, did you add the Owner field to the view to see if it contains the
info you seek?
