Not sure if this is the best place to post this or not, but group selection
was limited. The Notes field for the Outlook tasks is way too basic for
anything besides simple text. There should be an option to use Office Word
as the editor for the notes field so you can have detailed bullets, numbering
and other paragraphing features, just as you can do with email forms. This
would really expand the usability of the tasks.
