Outlook tasks

I have a problem with outlook Tasks. When I create and assign a task to someone in our office everything works fine. But we have a company we contract with and when I assign them outlook tasks they get an email but nothing with the accept or deny buttons.

I have no idea what could be causing them not to see the accept and deny buttons. ideas?
