Outlook Tasks

[Confused]

I have a user who has lost all tasks since saturday afternoon (today is
monday). Several engineers have looked at the users Outlook and can find no
traces of any task. Is it possible to hide/remove tasks ? also is it possible
to recoved tasks?
Engineers have looked in Tasks folder (now empty), To Do folder is empty,
Deleted items folder has no deleted tasks.


Any suggestions?
