Outlook template file

How does one create an outlook template (*.oft) file to send to a
reply to a large number of users?

Specifically, I am the HR person for an accounting firm. I would like
to reply to people who send resumes but are not considered for a job
position. We receive so many resumes that it isn't possible to
respond to each person individually.

I would like to create an email template to send to all of these
people.

Any suggestions?

Turn off WordMail as your editor. Create the message you want to save as a
reply. Choose File | Save As to save it as an .oft file.
