Ah, more information - thanks! Is this a standard reply to all mails sent
to Info@?
If yes, then create a template (you can't use Word as the editor for this
purpose.) Open a new mail message, compose your standard reply, then save
the item as an OUtlook template. Give it a unique name and keep the
default directory it selects for saving.
Then, create your rule using "with specific words in the recipient's
address" and specify "Info@" for the words. Then use the Reply with
template. When you are asked for the template, use the dropdown and select
"user templates in file system" and select the template you just made.
