Outlook template help

Hello all,
I'm beginning an e-mail newsletter at my organization (Big Brothers Big
Sisters) I would like to use a template for Outlook ala New York Times, etc
but haven't been able to figure this one out. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. I would be happy to send you some boudin or gumbo from
Louisiana if you can help me solve my dilemna
