That could mean a couple of different things, depending on what you actually
want to accomplish. COuld you explain in more detail?

Sue: I want to create an Outlook form or template that will be stored in my
personal folder. This would allow me to Choose Form / Choose the form that I
have created / and it will drop into my e-mail. Thus eliminating the need
for me to re-create the body and subject line on a recurring basis. I am
unable to locate the While You Were Out form to go in and make changes and
Save As my form.

Try this: Turn off WordMail as the editor if you use it. Create a message. Choose File | Save As and save it as an .oft template file.

Sue thank you so much. I knew it was something simple - turning off word as
editor. Barbara
