I just installed Outlook 2003 and cannot find the save as outlook template
(*oft) option when I go to save an email for continued use.
I would like to save it as a template, I make up the email then click save
as, in the drop down list option I used to be abel to save it as an
outlook
template - then go to tools - forms - choose a form - user template in
system
I have Outlook 2003, and it's there.
With a message open, File - Save As.
Click the Save as type field at the bottom.
Do you not see "Outlook Template (*.oft)" in the list?

software
- it was there before...
