Outlook Template

I cannot save an Outlook message as a .oft file or Outlook Template. How do
I get that option to show up on the "Save as Type:" dropdown menu?

CLose and save the item. Turn off Word as your email editor in Tools |
Options | Mail Format. Open the item from your Drafts folder. You should now
be able to save it as an .oft file.
