Outlook Templates

Hi,

We have Outlook 2003/2007 with Exchange 2003. I created templates and I
found I couldn't save the entry in the From: field. I am able to save for
To:/Cc:/Bcc: field, just From: doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

AFAIK, it only works for accounts in your profile - so if you have 2
accounts, you can save it to send from Account 2. It won't work for accounts
not in your profile.

Hi Milly, thanks for your reply. The answer is "Yes". Our situation is: the
staffs prepare the email from the templates and then place them in the Draft
folder of another email account. The manager just go to the draft folder and
review them and hit Send button if they are OK. All Email will be sent as a
generic email account, not the staff's, not the manager's.

The goal is to reduce the manager's extra work and prevent the staffs send
as the generic account.
