Outlook time an hour off

I am running outlook 2003 with a pop3 server. Everytime receive an email the
time stamp is an hour behind. The same happens with meeting requests. I
have checked the time zone setting in Outlook and it is correct. I also have
updated the computer with the time zone update provided by Microsoft. I am
the only person having the problem that I know of. Any reccomendations?

Ask the admin of whomever's mail server you are using.

Make sure that in both Outlook *and* the OS, you've matched the setting of
'Automatically adjust for daylight savings time' (I'd also make sure that
the time zone is correct in the OS too, but it's the DST that I'd be more
likely to believe is the issue).

Open the email, go to File - Properties and look at the SMTP header. Does
the time there seem to match what you see in Outlook, or does it appear to
be an hour off as well?

Also, does your ISP give you a web based access? Does the time look right
there?

What happens if you try a different POP3 client?

My host's webmail shows the correct time and outlook express shows the same
incorrect time as Outlook. The computer time is correct as is the time zone
and DST setting. Any other ideas?

I found the issue. It is the POP server that is having time issues. Thanks
