My outlook, XP and server clocks are all in sync. The daylight savings bax is
checked for all three. However, mu received mail is always approximately 20
minutes behind. The time is shown correctly in my webmail folder, but when
outloook downloads it, it stamps it about 20 minutes earlier. Can you help?

20 min does not indicate a time zone issue - it does show one of the servers
the mail passes through or your computer has the incorrect time.
