My school uses a webmail for thier email. We all want to use Outlook. The
old System Admin said no. Well he's gone now. We can all access Outlook,
send and receive email, etc.. But every 30 days it dumps everything! Email,
contacts, Calendar appointments etc...

I'm new and my first week I set everything up. I came in Monday and I
coudn't do anything and lost all my contacts, email, calendar etc.... The
other teachers said that this is b/c the old Systems guy set it up that way
to discourage it's use.

Can anyone Help me?

There's no way for you to affect te Exchange policies in place, but if you
set your delivery location to be a local PST, the data will be kept on your
PC and won't be affected by what happens on the server.
